"BN POST IT UP!" is ideally linked to the International Poster Art (Rome) and Turin Poster Festival. 

These events show that the time is ripe to understand the importance of Street Art in our country, without agreement of cultural élites. DePistaggio's social center in Benevento (south Italy) will open its doors to this event next April, trying to make our small province aware of this new art form and go beyond “what is art and what isn't art”. 

It's a tribute to the purity of urban communication, which is often despised except then be re-advertising and emptied of meaning. It's s an absolutely low-budget show, open to everyone would like participate with his own works.

POSTERS, STICKERS, STENCILS, CANVAS, SKETCHES and PAPER TOYS

Deadline: 25th, March 2009. There is no limit on the number of pieces to be presented, the size or theme. Every artist will be mentioned.

Vernissage: 4th, April 2009 at C.S.A. DePistaggio, Benevento - via Mustilli (exit freeway Benevento center). 

Video projections, seminars e DJ set.
